Stor lærhatt, Lilac Oysterling, Panus conchatus. Tidligere kjent som Lentinus conchatus på latin. Panus is a small genus of tough wood-rotting fungi whose fruitbodies are usually purple tinged when young and fresh; they grow rather like oyster mushrooms or Split Gill fungi, with a very short eccentric stem, wavy margins, and shallowish gills that fork. Panus conchatus is an inedible species of mushroom that occurs throughout the northern hemisphere. It is characterized by a smooth, lilac- or tan- colored cap, decurrent gills, and growth on wood. Despite being a gilled species, phylogenetic analysis has shown it is closely related to the pored species found in the Polyporaceae family. (firs_nature.com and Wikip.)
