Dogs are welcoming you at the shelter for abused dogs and cat outside Cairo in Egypt. Run by S.P.A.R.E. (Society for the protection of animal rights in Egypt). Many of the dogs have experienced so bad treatbent that one can hardly imagine. As a miracle many of the can still be the sweetest dogs when they are put up for adoption.
